1. Sourcing candidates from various job portals based like Naukri, Times Job, Shine, and different other job portals based on the company requirements
2. Screening the candidate’s resumes and contacting relevant candidates
3. Assessing the knowledge, skills, communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant
4. Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company
5. Experience in IT recruitment is preferable.
