Job Description
Company: Onroadz (HSR Layout)
Salary – ₹2,50,000 – ₹3,00,000 a year
Job type – Full-time
Shift and schedule – Rotational shift | Day Shift
Language Preference – English (Required), Kannada, Hindi
Responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding reservations, modifications, and issues.
Provide information on rental options, pricing, terms, and services.
Resolve customer problems and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other teams for smooth rental execution.
Suggest additional services to enhance customer experience.
Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in English, Kannada/Hindi.
Customer-focused attitude.
Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills for order processing and communication.
Good interpersonal skills and empathy.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
