Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to be the key link between the various teams in our organisation that need marketing assistance.A. Website

• Co ordinate with web developers to make changes to website when required.
• Ensure quality assurance checks on all views on all web pages.
• Ensure proofreading of all SEO content is completed with accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all targets, milestones and bottlenecks are documented on project management software (Teamwork).
• Be able to test project management and other software and supervise integrations.
• Train marketing team to use project management software.
• Be comfortable discussing milestones with team members.
• Be comfortable discussing attending and productivity and quality of work with team members.
• Co-ordinate and encourage collaboration within the team and wider organization.
• Ensure website meets requirements including page speed.
• Supervise use of standard website testing tools to analyze site performance.
• Collaborate with other teams especially Finance to monitor the Google Ads spend to maximize effectiveness of Ads and value for money.

B. On site SEOBe familiar with YOAST and Rank monkey.

• Use both YOAST and Rank Monkey to check website design and Content for optimum SEO.

C. Listings

• Competitor analysis using SEM rush and other tools.
• Find avenues for paid and free listings in various locations to increase SEM reach.
• Find content writers to write listings.
• Supervise listings at various locations.
• Work with multilocation SEO consultants to develop a strategy for listings.

D. Content creation

• Search magazines and blogs for content writers.
• Contact and commission blog writers and content writers for the website.
• Supervise progress of blogs and team co- ordination (usually 1-2 per week.)
• Collaborate with editor.
• Willing to acquire the domain knowledge of working with a tele-psychiatry clinical set up by reading through various journals, keeping self-updated on the latest good practices.

E. Social Media and infographics

• Assist with hiring a social media marketer
• Co- ordinate with graphic artist and social media marketer
• Ensure posts are appearing on Hootsuite for all profiles (1 post a day, reconstructed and posted on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, google my business, google brand, Reddit, Pinterest and Foursquare.
• Document progress and status of posts and track the impact and dates of posts to improve effectiveness and prevent repetition i.e oversee the content publishing lifecycle.

F. Power point presentationsMonitor quality and progress of power point presentations (usually 1 per month.)

• Co- ordinate with graphic artist and content writer.

G. Quora

• Supervise Quora questions and answers, documents questions and answers on project management software (Teamwork.)

H. Guest Post Submission

• Create contacts with editors.
• Supervise submission of guest posts.
• Track guest post submission and document progress on project management software.

J. Infusionsoft

• Supervise CRM, and automation of posts.
• Check quality of posts.
• Document frequency of posts.
• Document follow up on enquiry and returns.

K. Videos

• Check progress on marketing videos
• Check milestones
• Create deadlines

Personal Specification & required skills

• Be able to supervise and co-ordinate a team of five in house staff plus freelance content writers.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with teamwork (desirable.)
• Hands on and Proactive approach.
• Enjoys engaging with colleagues and working collaboratively.
• Can work nights (east coast US hours)
• Able to encourage and motivate staff
• Use Project Management tools effectively to ensure all tasks , progression and bottlenecks are documented and dealt with in a timely manner.
• Able to familiarize self with psychology and medical content as required
• Excellent written and spoken English (essential.)
• Able to train staff to use project management software.
• Comfortable discussing progression and milestones with staff and ability to give negative feedback constructively if required.
• Meeting different teams in the organisation to understand their creative and marketing needs and timelines.
• Communicating effectively with the stakeholders about the progress of the work, bottlenecks, and timelines.
