JD:

Required skills

• 15+ years of experience in the software development field

• 7+ years of experience directly leading multiple software projects

• Expertise in .NET and the Microsoft stack

• Consulting experience in providing technical and functional solutions in an enterprise landscape

• Expertise in software development best practices

• Experience managing a team of 5+ managers and 100+ developers in an onshore/offshore model

• Technical background(Microsoft preferred) with awareness in cloud stack and other technology areas

• Systems Integration/Systems Architecture experience

• Product Implementation experience

• Consulting/services background

• Experience working with large clients(Fortune 500)

• Client facing experience and comfortable talking to C-level executives

• Waterfall and Agile experience

• Ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement using motivation and staff development skills; ability to demonstrate innovation and problem solving skills when making decisions

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Excellent verbal communication skills

Desired:

• Financial Services/Banking experience

• High volume transaction experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
