Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive premium and value segment for CT product portfolio business for East India region
• Quarterly and annual business forecast & plan for achieving these with clear understanding of market dynamics
• Responsible to deliver assigned order & sales targets with required margins and market share growth
• Work closely while assisting GEHC Direct & GEHC Indirect (Channel Partners) Sales team covering complete assigned territory to enhance visibility & segment growth
• Work in collaboration with Government teams to increase bid participation & win rate
• Provide periodical training to GEHC Commercial & channel partner teams on product updates & GTM initiatives
• Continuous self-update on GEHC product advancements, competition product& their GTM strategies
• Share regular feedback w.r.t market dynamics & recommend GEHC action points to address market needs, promptly.
• Work closely with cross functional teams, including marketing to develop regional KOLs with focus on clinical outcomes & developing key differentiators
• Willingness to travel on short notice (The Job would require 70% or more of travel time)
• Achieve Business growth outcomes strictly in alignment with GEHC business policies

Required Qualifications

• This role requires 8 plus years of experience in Sales or Product Management Experience in handling capital equipment like CT, MR, Cathlab etc. shall be preferred with proven record in healthcare industry
• Requies an engineering background. MBA from an institute of repute shall be an added advantage
