Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We team up with clients to provide our services on vehicle tracking and android-based vehicle dashboard/instrument clusters. With our integrated systems, we comprehend vehicle performance and diagnosis on the go. We develop in-house components and designs with less dependence on imports.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with concerned team to address the financial related issues.
• Provide administration support.
• Track operational reports on the company’s internal drive.
• Responsible for coordinating and scheduling daily tasks and projects.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels.
• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and various departments.
• Managing product showcasing events and planning them.
• Must be good at jotting down important details.
• Monitoring and analysing operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Responsible for resolving operational issues and problems as they arise.
• Maintaining cross-communication between teams. (Operations Intern will have the similar synergies).
• Should be able to handle the phone calls of the director.
• Must be able to handle the on-ground operations well.
• Willing to travel.

Candidates Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant area of study.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience required.
• Must be between the age group (21-28).
• Must be from Hyderabad

Skill Required:

• Effective communication skills and proper phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks to meet the deadlines.
• Should be able plan time well.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Must have strong leadership skills.
