Shift Timing: 12 PM to 9 PM

Job Overview:
RCOE group in Solutions Development is responsible for execution and publishing /development of the reports / dashboards which support and aid in decision making process within multiple Functions and Operating units.
This group also provides opportunity to support leadership team reporting and Dashboarding support for key strategic business issues, projects and programs. The group works directly with Business, Tech Consultant and Project Team for developing and communicating business issues, project scope, key assumptions and considerations, data massaging, data cleansing using data visualization.
Job Responsibilities:
A. Visualization and Business Analysis (80%)

• Incumbent will take down business requirement, design and develop dashboards in Tableau that will aid the business needs. The deliverables include both new builds as well as ad-hoc changes
• Should possess strong knowledge of Tableau architecture (design, development), SQL, query optimization, and end user experience
• He/she should be abreast with the latest technologies in the Reporting and Visualization domain
• Support the businesses/clients in defining the project scope, assumptions, doing prototype and testing the reports/Dashboarding tools.
• Suggest the best Dashboarding tools/approach for the request that is coming from different stakeholders and functions.
• Should be able to understand different databases and navigate through the back-end data architecture and troubleshoot data issues if any
• Keep project notes and projects document updated and verified
• End to end project management on multiple projects that are in progress and planned
• Strong ability to research and find solutions independently/ community collaboration
• Perform / support Data validation

B. Innovation & Collaboration (10%)

• Carry out research and bring in new ideas to develop and implement standard processes, tools/solutions to ensure best practices are followed in the deliverables.
• Strong ability to research and find technical solutions via technical community collaboration.
• Communicate effectively (orally and in writing) and interact with the clients & cross functional stakeholders.

C. Learning & Development (10%)

• The incumbent will work closely with the Business Teams, Project Managers and Analysts, Data Teams.
• Create and maintain process documents and one-point lessons (OPL)
• Attend Webinars/knowledge sharing sessions to keep updated on latest Analytics insights.

Desired Profile:
Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
Preferred Major Area of Study: B.E or MSC IT

Experience
Minimum years of related experience required: 3+ Years
Preferred years of related experience: 5-6 Years

Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed

• Proficiency in Tableau Development skills
• Proficiency in SQL and databases is added advantage
• Excellent analytical and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and businesses together
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem solving skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is added advantage
