Job Description:
Shift Timing: 5.30 pm to 2.30 am IST
CMW Co-Ordinator: Core Responsibilities (80%)
Work with both the CWM program and other business groups related to contractor engagements
Request XIDs for contractors
Request VDI or Vendor VPN with laptop when appropriate (per IT standards)
Support setup of contractor access to systems and software
Communicate (via email or Teams) with contractor and hiring manager throughout the process
Technology issue resolution and/or escalation to appropriate IT group as needed
Close XIDs at the end of the services and facilitate return of equipment when applicable
Help to develop and/or support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and drive efficiency in the process
Undertake any Adhoc project
Coordination levels:
Co-ordinating with Global Stakeholders and vendors
Networking
Problem Solving
Miscellaneous
Other areas of focus (20%)
Supporting ongoing Client’s needs, doing necessary follow-ups, tracking regular Project status & sharing updates
Providing insights/solutions to Customer Satisfaction
Planning, assigning, and monitoring work tasks for optimum team efficiency.
Managing repositories for project logs, source files, files and project folders
Data reporting tools (Tableau, excel etc.)
Collaborate with the vendors for any business need
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative

Education and Experience
Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
Preferred Major Area of Study: Any Graduate degree
Minimum years of related experience required: 4-5 years of Coordination
Preferred years of related experience: 2-3 years Helpdesk experience
