We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Procurement! The purpose of the procurement operations role is to support the supply chain have stable supply for ingredients and packaging materials, also support entire procurement team on process, policy and continuous improvement activities. The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the process.
Responsibilities
EU Procurement Operations
Invoice Resolution –
Coordinate with Plant Planners to resolve Qty Mismatch issues
Manage supplier queries regarding invoices
Liaise with Vendor, AP, Procurement & Planning to resolve material supply issues due to blocked invoice
Track Service Now tickets
Vendor Setup (Ariba) –
New Vendor creation in Ariba
Collecting Banking details from vendor along with the relevant documents and updating the same in Ariba
Vendor details amendments
Adhoc activities

Minimum qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
2. Relevant experience in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Procurement Operations / Supply Chain
5. Critical thinking skills to communicate and deal with a range of responsibilities, while managing multiple tasks
6. Lead problem solving activity with related stakeholders to discuss / resolve problems
7. The ability to escalate appropriately, while providing clear and concise communication to obtain issue resolution
8. Good working knowledge of Ariba & SAP
Preferred qualifications
Minimum qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
