- Establish quality of transportation services.
- Plan and implement budgets of branch.
- Supervise scheduling of shipments.
- Review financial reports.
- Manage performance of branch employees with emphasis on productivity, efficiency and service delivery.
- Lead all distribution and transportation planning strategic activities.
- Assist in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities customer satisfaction opportunities.
- Locates or proposes potent business deals by contacting potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
