Job Summary

Mange the design phase for assigned GetGo and WetGo projects. Direct and oversee 3rd party architects, engineers and other vendors to develop store designs and construction documents. Support prototype development and maintenance, utilizing creative problem-solving skills and a strong background in design. This role will work cross-functionally with Real Estate, Construction, Ops, Facilities, Marketing and Purchasing

Job Description

• Experience Required: 5 to 10 years
• Education Desired: Associates Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 25 pounds

Job Responsibilities

• Support in the direction and oversight of 3rd party architects/engineers to produce construction documents. Lead project design meetings for assigned projects. Responsible for maintaining schedule from Kick Off to Permit Submittal.
• Manage small store design refreshes and equipment roll-outs as assigned. Identify/develop scope, review vendor proposals and oversee 3rd party project team to execute work.
• Review design change requests and field design-related questions throughout the project.
• Design, source and recommend fixtures, finishes and interior décor design.
• Maintain up-to-date floorplans and design specifications for building prototypes and all stores.
