GKN Hiring for SCM Planner (Imports & Export) at Industrial Area, Rajasthan Full Time

Key Responsibilities

Ensure an effective and integrated Supply Chain interface between customers and suppliers through the plant production control

Liasoning with Customer for short / long term demand collection

SIOP and MPS of the plant, making sure that these processes are used as the standards to drive the plant operations. Built up in a cross-functional way, the Budget SIOP according to the standard process.

Ensure the quality of customer deliveries and of vendor delivery plan in terms of deadlines, quantities and costs

Ensure the inventory accuracy for the total stocks (RM, WIP, FG) of the plant and apply the global standards for inventory management

Coordinate the Materials Planning/Requirements in accordance with the company stock level and Working Capital targets and in line with Manufacturing Demands

Planning and Production Control Systems, including raw material and finished products use and movement

Aim to reduction of inventory while ensuring 100% DSA (Delivery Schedule Attainment);

To Ensure cycle counting and gap analysis

Controlling of Negatives in ERP System

MIS reports (Weekly & Monthly Reports)

Generation of sales plan & order Preparation for all customers and inter Plants

Logistics lead time (Imports)

Qualification and Skills

Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical or Automobile) with full time

Should have worked in Tier 1 of auto component industry with turnover of 300-500 crores with supplier of HMIL, FORD, Renault Nissan & Toyota (having machining, Forging and assembly operations as core process)

Excellent MS office skills

QAD & Mfg pro system knowledge

Candidates having worked in Design

Excellent communication, Team Player and convincing skills dealing with stake holders
