· Candidate must have experience in retail store Preferably from Home Industry (Furniture/Sanitary/Kitchens) or Automobile/Jewellery

· Direct Billing through retail walkin customer as given.

· Project billing based on the lead generated

· Product wise Target as given

· Do cross-selling & Up-selling

· Adequate Knowledge on Product Market & Competition, Selling Techniques

· Prepare Plan for the Day and for the Week

· Have a stipulated number of customer every month

· Ensure repeat and loyal customer.

· Render superlative customer service resulting in highest customer satisfaction score

· Greet customers and ascertain customer wants or needs

· Assist in Store up-keep and Visual Merchandising

· Good communication skill, presentable
