• Ensure compliance with labour laws, industrial regulations, and statutory provisions related to employee welfare.
• Liaise with government authorities and labour departments for regulatory compliance.
• Support in handling disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and industrial disputes.

Health, Safety & Workplace Well-being

• Collaborate with HR and safety teams to implement occupational health and safety programs.
• Conduct awareness sessions on workplace safety, mental health, and employee well-being.
• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry safety norms and legal requirements.

Employee Communication & Training

• Organize training programs on labour rights, policies, and employee benefits.
