Job Profile :
Conceptualizing & implementing Brand & Promotion strategies to boost up sales for CPD division

Conceptualizing Branding & promotion annual plan with alignment of Sales Plan /Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets Area wise /territory wise/SKU wise keeping in the mind community level /Farmer level /field marketing/authorized dealers

Responsible for preparing Annual/Monthly Budget for Branding & Promotion and ROI on promotional drive

Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares through Brand presentation & building awareness through campaigns to potential customers at all level

Responsible for conducting for demand generation activity – big farmer meeting/agriculture Fair/ & GTs/Mandi kiosk to create awareness about products /New Product & uses & benefits

Responsible for developing Presentation of New Products in regional language ,focus on content & features specification & conduct sessions

Responsible for Liasioning with agriculture department regarding business related and involving them in promotional activities

Responsible for Online/Offline /Creatives/ for Promotion /Campaign & Track performance of all campaign with detailed reports and presentations

Responsible for developing promotion plan to be made for activation including, print, SMS, local radio etc, Calendar to be made in the beginning of the season

Responsible for rapport with key accounts/dealers by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities also focusing on developing business through product/area diversification

Responsible for researches, analyses & monitor brand positioning, market trends, consumer markets, demographics, competitor products/activities and corrective action plan

Responsible for Team management & Adherence of code of conduct
