Designation: Account Manager/Customer Support Executive
Location: On-site (Chennai)

As an account manager, you’d be one of the key members in our customer support team, and would be responsible for all aspects of our customer relationship as the one-point contact for the customers.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping customers and has experience in
International customer support or SaaS products. You’d be responding to incoming emails, chats or phone calls, raising tickets as well as monitoring the progress of work orders to completion. You’d also be building and maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues from across the company to ensure that each customer receives the highest standards of service.
Strong written communication skills and experience in international voice process would be essential assets. We will be providing extensive training to help you adapt to our systems and processes.
