In this role, you will analyze our current systems and assets, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades, and provide training. As our IT Infrastructure Manager, you will take full responsibilities of IT operation in India collaborating with the Global IT Infrastructure team. You will need to ensure 1000 + GoTroops in India are able to work seamlessly with their IT tools (Laptop and the apps installed), this to support Gojek business process, enabling Gojek boosting the GoTroops productivity on creating social impact.

What You Will Need

• • Lead the IT team in India to maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers laptops, desktops, software, and hardware inventory
  • Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy and own process improvement that will impact larger business initiative
  • Manage strong partnership with all key stakeholders in India, not limited to IT audit team, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership team
  • Provides infrastructure services vision, enables innovation and seeks to leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company’s requirements and expectations
  • Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions
  • Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs
  • Scale up the team capacity as IT business partner by extending mentorship focusing on both technical and non-technical domain and provide solid leadership presence to the group

What You Will Do

• • At least 7+ years experience in IT management and 3+ years as people manager
  • Hands-on technical depth in complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science
  • Experience on handling IT audit/review internal and external
  • Expert on managing MacOs, Windows and office networking
  • In depth understanding of ITIL and ISO 27001 and able to plan and deploy the IT SOP and Policy
  • Solid stakeholder management skill with proven experience managing partnership with senior leadership team

About the Team

As IT manager in India you will lead 5 IT engineers to support 1000+ end users and most of the end users are engineering teams across 3 different locations in India (Bangalore, Gurgaon and Pune). You will be part of the Global IT Infrastructure and Operation wolf pack that overall supports 10K users across Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam and India from > 20 entities. We look after IT infrastructure assets and maintain the environment continuously to ensure the availability, integrity, and security for all IT systems and infrastructure. Our technical solutions will help team all-across functions make better and faster business decisions and perform optimally.
