Who You’ll Work With
You will be based in our Chennai office as a member of our Helpdesk team within Optimize, the McKinsey & Company function that delivers distinctive, positive and productive experiences through various services ranging from travel, events, real estate, sourcing, technology and purchasing for McKinsey & Company employees worldwide.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will review the ticket queue, assign tickets and respond as appropriate to complex user issues. You will play an integral part in resolving queries and communicating discrepancies from both internal clients and external vendors, taking complete ownership of the task through resolution. You will accurately log any detected issues and queries from both stakeholders and vendors and escalate those issues to senior team members as appropriate and necessary. You will work with senior team members in gathering and compiling data as well as provide comprehensive reports and follow ups on report requests. You will also have opportunities to participate in various projects to enhance efficiency of function and suggest ideas for continuous process improvement.
