Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Proficiency as Business Analyst is key in working with multiple departments and stakeholders and understanding their requirements

Support in Business and Budget Reviews, involve in market research and gathering the data.

Be a source of managerial information for the ED through business MIS analysis

Responsible for generation of annual business plan Cost Analysis.

Conduct regular market research and be updated with the trends in the industry

Take part of all new initiatives and projects and also involved in tracking the progress of these projects and to drive them to time bound closure

Assist ED in prioritisation of various projects

Contribute towards business planning initiatives of the organization by scanning industry trends and provide end-end operational support in building strategic partnerships / tie-ups in line with business plans.

Develop and implement effective MIS mechanisms to ensure periodic review of organizational and department level performance in line with business goals

Undertake cost-benefit analysis of identified strategic projects/initiatives, ensure periodic updating of the same based on changes in the market conditions, lead identification and assessment of opportunities in upcoming revenue generating avenues.

Co-ordinate with concerned department Heads to ensure timely completion of assignments, prepare proposals, analysis documents for senior and top management review and decision making and update records pertaining to benchmark learning from both primary and secondary sources to allow management review on their adoption.

Desired Candidate Profile

CA Completed or CA Inter Completed preferably with South India Languages with 1 to 6 Years experienced Staying around Lingarajpuram.
