Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate/ IATA certified/ Hotel Management

Desired Skills:
Experienced in Travel package / Hotel Sales only

Self Motivated and Passionate for Travel business

Excellent Communication Skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of leisure/ holiday destinations in India

Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Candidate would be primarily responsible for connecting with prospects/ customers for their Hotel package queries either thru incoming or outgoing calls/ chats. Understand the customer’s requirement in details and assist customers identifying the best possible package. Once finalised, help them to book the same. You would be working on CRM and the company website for assisting the customers

Candidate would be trained for 4-7 days on Sales, Process, Product, Tools and other basics

Mandatory(must have) requirements :
Should have experience in Travel/ Hospitality Industry

Should be ready to do work from home for atleast 22 days in a month

Should have a laptop, broadband connection and a smart phone

Should have peaceful working environment at home
