Job Description:

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

1. Ensuring achievement of service delivery objectives, FRT, FVT CCT for all LOBs, SDC, NDC, 2DC and other service calls delivery parameters, process and systems adherence

2. Driving Service Revenue for PSP, CH, B2C and Projects LOBs through AMC-s, Labor and other opportunities

3. Managing customer service expectations & monitoring SLAs as per commitment to customers and ensuring the same is delivered to a wide spectrum of customers from Banking, Institutions, Government Departments, and Retail customers, through a network of ASP-s and Contractors.

4. Ensuring timely and quality project implementation/large multi-location order execution with proper documentation.

5. Carrying out service audits for compliance of procedures and practices

6. Ensuring inventory management of spares and category stock management.

7. Inculcating performance and leadership culture within the team

8. Mapping the needs of the team, training and developing them on the same

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION:

Essential:

Degree / Diploma in Engineering

Preferred:

Mechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential:

Min 2 years (for BE) / Min 4 years (for Diploma)
