What you’ll be working on?

1. Reaching out to potential leads generated through various sources
2. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
3. Log on to Zen desk
4. Sales & Customer support
5. Identify customer needs and help use specific features
6. Analyze the report
7. Inform clients about new product & feature
8. Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales & Marketing team

Requirements.

• 10+2 and above
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Must be willing to work 6 days a week 10:30 to 7 pm

• Must have own laptop
• Must be an immediate joiner
• Must be available for 4 months (work from home)
