About the role
The incumbent will be part for product management of Oleo Chemicals Business Unit (Commercial Team) & hence should be responsible for carrying out costing/Pricing, planning, forecasting, buying, Co-ordinating for existing business & working withExternal & Internal stakeholders such as Commodities /Production/QA/R & D/Sales/Purchase/ Customers/Suppliers at Godrej Industries Ltd – Chemicals business. This is a not only a desk job but requires active engagement and interactions with clients on the field both domestic and international. We are seeking a go-getter, someone with hunger for strategic opportunities and a hunter’s mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for planning, forecasting, purchasing, and customer coordination to achieve profit targets.
Conduct monthly forecasting, customer-wise costing, price policy formulation, and raw material planning.
Support business managers in managing sales and distribution networks to achieve sales targets and profitability through value selling.
Collaborate closely with customers to gather market insights and address queries and complaints.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for end-to-end supply chain control.
Manage long-term bids and supply chain management for MNC sales.
Perform data mining and analysis for effective decision-making across the business portfolio.

Who are we looking for?
Education:
B. Tech (Chemical Eng) or Full time MBA
Experience:
3 to 4 Years
Skills:
High commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
Proficient in data analysis, quick with numbers
Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building capabilities
Problem-solving, planning, time management, and prioritizing skills
Proficiency in Excel, presentations, and numerical analysis
Experience in oleochemicals, pine chemicals, vegetable oil chemistries are desirable
