Responsibilities:
Develop organizational procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing, billing, accounts payable, payroll, and scheduling.
Manage the calendar and the emails of the CEO while prioritizing and sorting tasks.
Liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage all logistical requirements of the organization including and not limited to IT, Travel, Delegation, etc.
Improve employee and client retention rates through active communication and problem-solving efforts.
Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise.
Create and manage contracts.
Create system and processes for streamlined payments for domain names, email ids, software, etc.
Coordinate with the Auditor and Company Secretary for all Tax and Law compliances related to the organization.
Establish a team atmosphere through leadership and employee development.
Manage brand collaterals.
Document financial transactions and share a comprehensive report.
Gifts, tokens, and season’s greetings for Diwali and other special occasions.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Requirements:
Master’s degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written English.
Comfort with a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and payroll
Advanced computer skills.
Soft Skills: Positive outlook with swift decision making, prioritizing skills, loyal, discreet, collaborative, prompt, and assertive.
