Google Hiring for Program Manager, Business Compliance, Logistics and Systems at Hyderabad, India Full Time

Minimum qualifications:

• 4 years of experience working in third-party logistics service providers

• 4 years of experience managing supply chain operations, focused on the international forward and reverse flow of electronics and dangerous goods (e.g. batteries)

• Experience in leading programs that are under a fully outsourced contract

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in LATAM Supply Chain and financial flows

• Experience in inventory management, including analysis, deltas, and supporting Google Fixed Assets reconciliation

• Knowledge of back end systems for SAP, Ariba, Google Warehouse Management Systems, Commercial Invoice tool, Product Life Management, and the Global Trade Management tool

• Ability to create order, influence peers, and implement or improve processes that have large impact with excellent analytical decision making skills

• Manage all system upgrades including, partner developments, warehouse solutions, and future automation across geo supply chains.

• Develop and report on monthly and quarterly business and operations metrics (e.g., attrition, productivity, etc.).

• Work with wider Business Compliance, Logistics and Systems team on strategy creation, development, and execution.

• Develop and manage project schedules with relevant teams and communicate project status to the stakeholders.

• Manage a Logistics team in a different geography.
