GOPALAN AEROSPACE Hiring for Stores Executive / Manager at Hosakote Full Time

• Inward & Out ward

1. Responsible for inward of all the items and verify line items as per PO/ DC * Receipt of the materials should be offered to quality inspection to ensure as per the specification required by the engineering department

• Material inward entry in the ERP and storage as per the manufacture requirement ( FIFO / LIFO / FILO / LILO )
• Ensure that materials inward approval through ERP
• All the invoices to be handed over to accounts department for payment process within 24 hours
• All invoice and purchase orders copy should be maintained at stores
• Any deviation found in the materials receipt , store executive should communicate to supplier with copy to purchase department and reporting authority

1. Stores Management.

1. Overseeing the store management and maintaining minimum inventory levels.

2. Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation; Receipts, Issues, Accounting and monitoring the inventory of the materials and consumables.

3. Disposing off scrap and return the rejected material to suppliers & moving the raw material from the place of storage to the place of manufacture.

4. Minimizing obsolesce, surplus and scrap through proper codification, preservation and handling.

5. Highlighting stock accumulation, discrepancies and abnormal consumption and effect control measures.

6. Ensuring good housekeeping so that material handling, materials preservation, receipt and issue can be done adequately.

7. Maintaining on line stock, providing supporting information for effective purchase action and production planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
