Designation: ECN & BOM Management Coordinator

Essential Duties and Accountabilities

• Prepares Codes and BOMs for products based upon data received from engineering,purchasing, sales, marketing & others.
• BOM preparation and management, create Engineering documentations includingchanges to 2D & 3D drawings required for the development and manufacturing of products.
• Create, plan, review, and implement product changes.
• Coordinates the ECN activities for the business unit and work with other appropriate personnel to resolve problems that result from ECN activity.
• Prepare and implement Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
• Interpretation of customer documentation, drawings and blueprints for defining manufacturing process flow.
• Works with the process area and engineering to define process flow.
• Assists in the timely completion of ECNs through documentation, validation/ approval.
• Communicates ECN impact with appropriate personnel including engineering, materials and production personnel.
• Provide training for new ECN coordinators and monitor their performance.
• Initiate a detailed ECN change form (e.g., adds, deletes and changes), monitor the running change ECN implementation status within a work cell.
• Verify customer documents are attached to the ECN and logged on to DCC.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors in Mechanical / Production / Industrial engineering with 3 – 4 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory skills and Experience :

• 2+ years of hands-on Experience in Creating and managing Bill of material (BoM).
• 2+ years of Experience in Executing Engineering Change Management like writing Change Orders (CO).
• Reading out the drawing contents.
• Excellent working knowledge on MS office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MPP.

Location: Cherlapalli, ECIL, Hyderabad.

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
