Designation: Outbound Sr. Executive

Essential Duties and Accountabilities

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures for related operations such as on-time delivery, OTRQ, and aging AR reconciliation.
• Manage 3PL/carrier’s performance to timely appointment setting, on-time delivery, and reconcile exception issues.
• Fix revenue recognition to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
• Release vehicle schedule to Logistic partners as per fixed and rolling volume.
• Ensure all packaging material is planned according to the monthly need.
• Prepare MIS report, and provide an action plan to support carrier score card target.
• Cross-Departmental co-ordination.
• Implement specific KPIs related to employee’s job duties and hold employee reviews, providing additional training for performance improvement.
• Manage employees to IOD/POD metrics.
• Developing a long-term strategy for increasing efficiency of operations and improving customer satisfaction and experience.
• Prepare reports on performance, eliminate cost booking anomalies (freight, WH cost bookings).
• Basic knowledge of production planning , Inventory and shop floor management.

Qualifications :

• ​Bachelors of Engineering with 4 – 6 years of relevant experience

Mandatory skills and Experience :

• 4+ years of hands-on Experience in Manufacturing production planning
• Experience in Outbound, Distribution and Transportation operation
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems,

Location: Cherlapalli, ECIL, Hyderabad.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
