Designation: Senior HR Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

∙Working knowledge on Manpower Hiring, training and development activities.

∙Conducting employee engagement activities.

∙Introducing and designing of company policies.

∙Employee Onboarding and exit formalities and management.

∙IR related activities & statutory compliances.

∙Knowledge about full recruitment life cycle

∙Performance management system

∙Proactively facilitate and coach in change management and organizational development

initiatives as a business partner

∙Acts as a point of Contact.

∙Develop local/ Functional succession plans

∙Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

∙Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

∙Manage the recruitment and selection process.

∙Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation

and preservation of human capital.

∙Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the

organization.

∙Nurture a positive working environment.

Requirements and Skills:

∙Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

∙Bachelors in Human Resources Management or Post Graduate in Human Resources

holding 3 – 6 yrs of Work Experience

Location: Cherlapalli, ECIL, Hyderabad.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹154,973.41 – ₹424,082.95 per year
