GREEN VIEW NURSING HOME Hiring for Accountant at India Full Time

We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a degree in finance, accounting, or related field. The role supports the finance department initiatives and assists the accounting team with a wide variety of functions which includes transaction processing, financial analysis, revenue recognition, cost allocation, program and annual audit support, process improvement and automation, implementation of financial and compliance’s control. He should serve as a key resource for the organization and provide daily financial oversight to ensure the financial record are complete and comply with generally accepted accounting principles, policies, and regulations to facilitate solid decision support. Some of your job duties include playing a role in the monthly and year-end closing process, complete accurate and timely monthly financial statement preparation and analysis, monitoring expense activity for trend required accruals and policy compliances, analysing revenue and cost recognition for conformance with new and existing accounting guidance.

Healthcare Accountant Responsibilities and Duties:

• Balancing patient account and collect payment for services rendered
• Review bills and claims for accurate data
• Enter data into company database
• Handling incoming and outgoing email
• Maintaining and protect employee payrolls
• Maintain all staff and patient files in the company database
• Preparing billing reports and documents to provide state and federal government agencies as needed
• Identifying and resolving problems and inaccuracies in data entries
• Extensively interacting with patients, physicians policy representatives and necessary to collect payment
• Maintaining financial security by following internal controls
• Securing financial data by completing database backup
• Guiding accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering to queries
• Maintaining accounting controls by preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement
• Handle financial transaction by auditing documents
• Recommending financial action by analyzing accounting option
• Documenting financial transaction by entering account information

Healthcare Accountant Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in accounting with experience in accounting
• Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospital sector
• Extensive knowledge about administrative duties
• Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
• Knowledge about MS office, and excel
• Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Able to determine an apt course of action in more complex situations

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
