Full Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

Google email set up, manage, deactivate, transfer ownership, organization mapping, manage database in G-suite.
Handling reports – Monitor organization’s user and admin activities.
Lead the Google governance steering committee to evolve the adoption of Google Suite.
Follow/ Design the security practices to prevent unauthorized access to the system.
Should be able to back up G-Suite Data.
Should be able to define reinforced security practices to prevent unauthorized access to the system.
Responsible for creating/ updating an Incident Response Plan to minimize the damage and prevent the whole system from collapsing.
Define roles and assign apps as per role
Responsible for regular review/ audit of G Suite apps, Additional Google Services, Marketplace Apps, and any Third-party apps linked via SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language).
Should be able to detect/ Spot abnormal usage including Storage, User s Status, and Security.
Implementing an insider security policy to prevent and avoid a security breach both from within and from outgoing entities.
Responsible for managing/maintaining our security policy and upgrading the same as needed.
Managing the Data archiving.

Qualification/ Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent education.
3-5 years of Related Experience in managing the G Suite Ecosystem.
Certificate of Competency in G Suite.
Google Workspace certification
