Duties & Responsibilities.

• Setup and inspect parts on the CMM utilizing programs while assuring the program is correct and all necessary features are measured.

• Perform manual inspections of Parts and tooling to assure conformity to blueprints and data.

• Write and revise programs in the CMM software for new parts or other parts where revision is required.

• Support special projects with various departments using the CMM.

• Perform routine maintenance on the CMM and in the facility as required along with Calibrations.

• Discuss with the Production and Tooling team regarding the Deviations / Reworks and Mitigate issues.

• Discussion with Customers regarding the CMM Program and Inspection reviews.

• CMM Reports generating and Reports preparation along with shared to customer and followup for the Clearance.

Key Skills – Technical / Working Exp :
Carl Zeiss-Contura/Ferro CMM Machine.

Software : – Polygon/Hexagon.
Required Experience and Qualifications :
Educational Qualification : Diploma/ BE Mechanical With 1-3 Years of Experience
Preferably Looking from : Auto Parts / Auto Ancillary / Auto mobile Manufacturing Industry.
