• Should have completed the probation period with the organization

• 3+ years of experience as Team Lead or QA in Surgery Coding

• Provide education for any new coders

• Provide training/education for any coders in PIP

• Perform random audit for coders in all the projects

• Perform random audit for QA ‘s

• Need to create training document based on major error trends

• Stay abreast of industry changes and create training document based on changes

• Assures coders achieve and maintain a minimum 95% accuracy in coding based on client contract

• Assures coders maintain average productivity standards while maintaining quality

• Flexible to work in shifts and co-ordinate with onshore education team

• Should have excellent analytical skills and exposure to basic MS Excel/ Word/PPT

• Ability to provide constant feedback and education to entire coders/QA’s/Leads
