Required Education and experience :

​ B.Tech Mechanical (1-3 yrs Exp) required /Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical( 1-3 yrs Exp) can apply

​ Location- Anywhere in Assam (applicable for relocation)

Job Responsibilities-

• Ensuring cost efficient, high quality of service along with timely escalation.

• Tracking and submission of MIS & Management Reports

• Managing key attributes like fuel efficiency, maintenance cost, tyre utilisation, break downs, accidents, EM calls, VB, SNR, Response time, CFMS etc.

• Responsible for coordinating regular training modules for EMTS/Pilots, disseminating information to the field staff etc.

• Preparing duty roster, scheduling of resources, attendance, leave management and performance management at ambulance.

• Supporting HR team in recruitment/disciplinary issues/grievance redress/IR issues etc.
