Full Job Description
· Managed complete R2R process of Factory for import as well as domestic vendors.· Following up with Bank of America and HSBC for guarantees like advance payment guarantees, BRCs, pay orders, Export closure and settlement.· Handling statutory and RBI Compliance related to export and imports.· Managed a daily cash flow by using cash management systems.· Outlined quarterly, monthly and weekly cash flow forecasts in accordance with policies.· Handling weekly payment factory and other Government authority payments like ESIC, GST, custom duty and ensuring timely payments.· Created reports to forecast sales, import data and export trends for HQ reporting.· Formulated receivables & creditors payment after conducting due aging analysis.· Developing & submitting Management Information System (MIS) reports to management on monthly basis.· Conducted trainings to various departments to make them understand new improvement process.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftApplication Question(s):What is your current salary?Year of experience in Finance and Accounts?Experience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)
