Job Description
As a Management System Admin, Support the HE BMS software systems and Apps administration
Maintaining and uploading data into company SharePoint dedicated places.
Testing the existing and new Apps for new features and Upgrades
Support the team with EHS data analysis
Creating, updating, and administration of HSE procedures, policies and documentation, correspondence, and emails using the latest templates to support the EHS activities
Ensure the central online EHS management library of documents is consistently formatted, properly referenced, and maintained in a structured filing system
Ensure an archive system is sufficiently maintained
Working with the HE Leadership team to follow up on actions as a result of Safety Committee or other business-required meetings
Assist the Team in Validating the EHS Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Reports Globally
Support activities in OSHA certifications
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a similar style role covering EHS management system administration and document control is desirable
Excellent administrative/document management skills
A tech-savvy person with Excellent use of Microsoft packages (including SharePoint, and Power BI)
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to analyze, interpret and present data to identify key trends and opportunities
Good communication and organizational skills
Good understanding of social media platforms and their usage
Proactive and self-motivated
