Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Provides ongoing support and assistance for a global end user base including Human resources,
Effectively communicates all process/system changes to the appropriate audience(s) across technology and HR Teams
Assist in identifying and effectively translating business requirements into configuration specifications to improve the overall experience for users in accordance with current change management processes
Serve as a subject matter expert on
Responds timely to incidents and change requests as assigned by HRIT manager
Submit tickets with vendors directly if the issues cannot be resolved internally and ensure the consistent follow-up with involved parties to keep everyone in the loop in terms of the progress
Responsible for configuration and other enhancements within the HR applications. Tests system changes,
Review and test the systems release publications about upgrades to determine the impact on current processes and functionality
Stay on top of technology by conducting research to learn and understand the industry standards, trends, new technologies and solutions
Proactively identify high impact areas for improvement and take initiative to effectuate change
Drive continuous process improvement
Foster a collaborative team environment
Assist with other projects and duties as needed
Qualifications
Required Experience
Must have 3-5 years application system administration experience
Working knowledge of SmartRecruiters or equivalent system
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of application processes
Data analysis experience with demonstrated computer competency with Microsoft office suite, including intermediate to expert Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word skills is required. Working knowledge of SharePoint as a collaboration tool.
Experience in identifying, effectively gathering and documenting data requirements
Strong attention to detail, follow through and organizational skills are critical for this position
Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Experience with global organizations across multiple regions and countries
Demonstrated ability to analyze information, document conclusions, and develop recommendations is required
Strong customer service-oriented disposition that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to Business Partners, Suppliers and Vendors
Must have Skills
Demonstrated Excel skills – other Microsoft Office skills a plus
Strong Outlook skills including experience using Calendar
Strong organization skills
Business writing experience
Academic Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training and work experience.
