Senior Accounts Manager
1) Accounts Manager Jobs Description

• Set up, processing and maintenance of RA billings format
• Process and enter weekly payroll in Quick books from approved timesheets
• Process checks received from General Contractor payments
• Prepare and analyze quarterly Work In Progress reports
• Produce and analyze all other financial reports as directed
• Supervise forecasting cash-flow management report
• Construction revenue and profit recognition.
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
• GST/TDS monthly closing report
• Ledger Scouting / Outstanding reports
• Accounting (Accounts Payable/ Receivable and general ledger)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
