Senior Accounts Manager
1) Accounts Manager Jobs Description
- Set up, processing and maintenance of RA billings format
- Process and enter weekly payroll in Quick books from approved timesheets
- Process checks received from General Contractor payments
- Prepare and analyze quarterly Work In Progress reports
- Produce and analyze all other financial reports as directed
- Supervise forecasting cash-flow management report
- Construction revenue and profit recognition.
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
- GST/TDS monthly closing report
- Ledger Scouting / Outstanding reports
- Accounting (Accounts Payable/ Receivable and general ledger)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
