Job Description

As a Senior Global Security Auditor, you will conduct audits and provide support and assistance for the Global Security Audit Manager. The Senior Global Security Auditor reports directly to the Global Security Audit Manager and is accountable to the Director of Security Compliance in Global Security. Duties will include conducting Global Security audits not limited to CTPAT and Intellectual property in accordance with established Hasbro security audit protocols and procedures and providing assistance with audit planning, audit review and supplier administration. This role requires up to 75% travel to sourcing locations (including, but not limited to India, Vietnam; Indonesia and other Far East countries).

The Senior auditor will uphold unimpeachable standards and values of ethics and integrity while conducting intensive audits and building mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers. Critical to this role is the ability to leverage these strong partnerships and relationships with transformative interpersonal skills to achieve common objectives. This is most effective when the auditor understands the stakeholders’ needs and collaborates on solutions to challenging and unique problems.
Responsibilities:

• Schedule audits and provide weekly updates on the progression of assigned audits.
• Review and provide timely feedback and approval for audits and self-assessments.
• Timely submit completed audit reports and revisions as required.
• Review factory CAP (Corrective Action Plan) submission for audits conducted and communicates compliance requirements and feedback to suppliers.
• Compile results and submit completed audit reports to Global Security Audit Manager for review.
• Provide over the phone, onsite, and classroom training, support, and guidance to suppliers on Global Security requirements
• Identify abnormalities and potential risks unique to supplier’s business model or operations
• Translate and review translated documents
• Support regional offices and teams to achieve Global Security standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-8 years’ experience in conducting audits (Security, and Chain of Custody related audits), with minimum 3 years of solid experience in manufacturing (QA, Engineering, or related disciplines)
• Excellent (oral and written) English communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with written and spoken Hindi and Tamil is a must
• Self-starter, diligent, team player with good attitude, high level of integrity and trustworthiness
• Strong sense of urgency and able to prioritize tasks on a tight schedule
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the latest versions of Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel extensively both domestically (up to 75%) and internationally (but not limited to) Indonesia, Vietnam and other Far East countries
• Working experience in a large multinational company is preferable
