Summary : An experienced specialist who is responsible for the visual creation of print, TV, • To maintain the agency’s standards of creative excellence, timeliness, and profitability, while achieving the clients’ goals.

• S/he will be responsible for developing creative concepts and approaches with the project team, developing original design concepts as well as overseeing project design all the way through execution
• Typically presents work to executive level client stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop culturally relevant, famous work that solves clients’ business problems
• Create concepts across brands and clients
• Collaborate with ACD’s, strategy, and account to create a smart integrated thinking
• Present concepts to creative leads for input and approval
• Opportunity to present approved work to clients
• Lead, understand, and maintain delivery timelines
• Stay current on the latest trends, talent, and competitive work
• Manage and direct creative assigned to junior teams under your supervision (if any)
• Be pro-active on brands/push for better, award-winning work
