Full Job Description

1. MARKETING

a. Showcasing new upcoming products to the customers

b. Dealing with price factor

c. Follow up until order confirmation

d. Helping other marketing peoples in their regions

2. EXHIBITING & VISITING IN TRADE FAIRS, SHOWS AND EXHIBITIONS

a. National Level

b. Participating and managing in exhibitions

3. MARKETING & DISPATCH

a. Helping marketing & dispatch department

b. Getting the Diamond price list approved from customers (sign and stamp)

c. Sending quotations

d. Coordinating with customers for order confirmation

e. Raising orders and coordinating with customers

f. Coordinating for order raising in Gati software

g. Making Quotations & approval in Gati software

4. LOGISTICS HANDLING

a. Outward parcel sending

b. Courier slip to be attached with memo of outward goods.

c. To pack the parcel & call the courier person to collect it.

5. HANDLING ACCOUNTS

a. Raising Invoice

b. Accounts of vendor

c. Getting the Invoice approved from customers (sign and stamp)

d. Payment follow up

e. Clear disputes related to payment on personal level

6. ORDER HANDLING

a. Checking emails for new orders

b. To check in stock for requirement and sending the required material

c. Communicating with customer for acknowledge (sign and stamp).

7. PRODUCTION COORDINATION

a. Coordination of customer order with production team

b. Resolving production related queries

c. Delivery coordination

8. DIAMOND/ GEMSTONE DEPARTMENT COORDINATION

a. Coordinating for Quality and prices for customers

b. Resolving problems related to quality and other criteria’s

9. OTHER ACTIVITIES

a. Resolving departmental problems

b. Helping other departments in case of exigency

10. TO MAKE EXCEL REPORT

a. Customer list

b. Travelling expense

c. Trip summary

11. MARKETING OF PRODUCTS SUCH AS:

a) Diamond Jewellery

b) Colorstone Jewellery

c) Gold and other all types of jewellery

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
