Job Purpose
- Manage end to end business tech transformation and enhancement projects
- Support business users with new implementation and enhancements
- Analyze application and process gaps and suggest solutions
Job Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis
- Documentation, Communication & Collaboration
- Testing
- Quality and documentation:
- To ensure ITPP is followed for all the projects /CRs handled
- To do a daily control check wherever applicable.
- To monitor and track business / audit queries.
- Daily/ Weekly process report to be shared with relevant Stake holders.
- Training and Production movement:
- To document & share training modules with relevant Stakeholders.
- To conduct training for business users and stakeholders on the projects and changes implemented
- Perform PIR after the enhancement is moved live
- Level 2 support on production issues

- Thorough knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Project management.
- Logical and Analytical Skills
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Trade Finance & Supply chain Finance Domain knowledge
Educational Qualifications
B. Tech, B. Com, B.Sc.
Experience: 7+ years
