About the Program
The Smart Achiever program has been designed to provide sales skill training and insurance knowledge, coupled with hands on experience at a HDFC Life/Partner Branch. The program structure solves the problem of not getting a job with a reputed company like ours, due to the fresher’s lack of experience or skills.
As you are aware, especially in the pandemic times, we have seen most companies slow their hiring and this has impacted freshers who are looking for jobs too.
1. Candidate do 4 months of virtual class room training with interactive and live sessions with Manipal University faculty. 8 months of handson training at HDFC Life branch.
2. Earn INR. 130,000 as stipend during program
3. Join at salary of INR.300,000 per annum, on successful completion of the program
4. Age limit – 21 to 30 years
5. Eligibility: Any Graduate
