CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Job Location:
Bengaluru (Bangalore)
– Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability.
– Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints.
– Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions along with indulging an empathetic and polite factor in the conversations.
– Manage Outbound and Inbound customer calls along with resolving the issues In a timely manner
– Identify customers needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
– Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems
– Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
– Managing high customer satisfaction by informing customers and collecting feedback about the company’s products/services and offers.
Requirements:
– Minimum Qualification- 12th Pass and Above
– Only FEMALE Candidates Eligible
– Min 2 Years of Relevant Experience
– Should be well accustomed to working in a Startup environment work culture
– Experience in an ecommerce or D2C industry is a plus
– Fluency in English, Hindi and regional languages
– Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
