Healthcare Hiring Firm Hiring for Remote Cashier at Chennai Full Time

We are hiring a Remote Cashier to join our team. This position is crucial for helping us maintain organized and efficient accounts receivable processes. In this role, you will interact on a daily basis with our Patients as well as our team. You will represent our Organization in these interactions, so it is important for us that you have excellent ‘people skills’, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

This position reports to the our Billing Manager. Duties may include:

• Preparing, sending, processing and tracking billing payments
• Taking care of Copays, adjustments and Payment plans
• Following our company’s guidelines and billing procedures
• Responding to Patient billing queries and resolving issues as needed
• Keeping accurate records in our system and make updates to Patient info as needed
• Following up with Patients concerning payment issues or missed or late payments
• Preparing monthly statements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor Degree in Accounts (highly preferred) or equivalent
• Similar work experience considered an asset but not mandatory
• 2-3 years of previous experience in Healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Must have excellent English communication
• Interpersonal communication skills are a must for this role
