We are looking for an experienced, passionate and an invested Finance Associate to join our team and create a large scale and lasting impact.

• As a Finance Associate you will be responsible for the financial management of the organisation.

• You will also be overseeing all financial activities, i.e managing financial tasks and ensuring that the finances are used beneficially.

• Your goal is to maintain the finances of the organisation effectively and increase the profitability by reviewing financial reports, monitoring financial accounts and preparing financial forecasts.

• You will have to manage data, records and reports by checking for errors and verifying accuracy of information.

• You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining the budgets, preparing financial statements and reports and keeping it up to date.

• You will have to prepare receipts, vouchers, invoices etc for data entry into data sheets and monitor day to day financial operations within the organisation (payroll, invoicing and other transactions).

• You will be closely working with the HR and the cofounders to ensure smooth running of the organisation.

• As a finance associate you will have to create monthly and quarterly reports to show the standing of the organisations along with recommending cost reduction measures.

• With all the financial data in hand you will also be responsible for preparing financial forecasting reports that will benefit the company’s financial viability.

• You will have to ensure adherence to accounting policies and regulatory requirements along with financial laws and regulations.

• You will have to maintain relationships with the bank and the cash management within the organisation.

• You will also be responsible for providing stellar customer service to our clients and be informed on all company policy and practices (including data privacy).

Are you having the ability to large quantities of financial data into actionable form, strong communication and interpersonal skills along with a deep understanding of financial management and accounting, knowledge of accounting software, great analytical, decision making and leadership skills, a very good commercial and business acumen, and a keen eye for detail along with good organisational and time management skills. Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per year
