The Finance Account Executive will be working closely with the Chief Accounting Officer and Director Finance to help in the day-to-day finance operations. This person will be responsible for the below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day accounting, Billings, invocing, debit note, credit note etc.
- Reviewing the employee claims and making payment
- Coordinating with the vendors and taking care of vendor payments
- Coordinating with sales, customer for payments.
- Working on the indirect tax matters
- Assisting in cash flow/budgeting.
- Petty cash maintenance
- Knowledge of Taxation and Statutory laws
- Preference given to candidates who has payroll handling experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience is preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skill in English
