YOUR ROLE

• Acts as single point of contact for assigned customer portfolio and ensures all day-to-day customer related activities are dealt with in a courteous, accurate, timely manner, adhering to business standards Enforces successful execution of Daily Operations Cycle (improved End Customer Service Level performance and faster response to incidences) Maintains and increases customer loyalty, by building relationships.
• Responsible for entire Customer Service (CS) team management, order-to-cash (OTC), order capture, delivery note creation, invoice generation, complaint management, Customer and Sales Interaction, Order and Delivery Management, Invoicing and Accounts Receivable, Claims Management and tasks conducted by the country and support office CS agents.
• Execute CS department objectives, proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals, monitor local customer service KPIs and SLAs and provide improvement action plans, monitor adherence to customer service strategic vision and processes.
• Implement new customer service procedures, plan, coordinate and follow up supervised personnel work, participate in department and interdepartmental projects related to customer service area.
• Timely work with CS Manager for Teams personnel development needs and accordingly plan team’s training program.

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in any stream with minimum 5 years of relevant team handling experience.
• Excellent customer handling experience in preferably from Chemical Industry.
• People management skills, collaboration Skills, Very Good in Communication, SAP & ERP Knowledge, should be flexible in completing the workforce.
