HR Analyst
This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.
Job Description:
Participates as a member of Reporting & Analytics
Develop reports and dashboards for the business, and provide analysis and communicate to stakeholders
Develop and generate operational / transactional HR reports for different business groups
Testing and developing new HR reports during system updates/upgrades or when new functionality is implemented
Applies growing technical knowledge with respect to Analytics platform
Researches how to meet customer requirements.
Solve process and system problems.
Resolves employee HR support cases of moderate complexity that cannot be answered immediately through service centers.
