Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate with sales team and clients

Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products.

Daily follow up with the field force to ensure customer coverage, sales order booking supply and payment collection as per planned objective.

Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed.

Follow up with customers for orders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have strong tele sales skills and have ability to build interpersonal skills.

Communication Skill, Negotiation, Confident,Planning & Coordination,CRM ,ERP knowledge,Good in Excel /Word

To have sound knowledge in MS Office and email communication.

Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in working with Laptop computers is a must.

Able to identify new prospects from multiple sources including events, emails, prospect lists, discovery ,Individual Research Candidate should be good in excel and should be talkative.

Ability to attend to detail and work in a time- conscious and time- effective manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹16,560.00 – ₹21,560.00 per month
